Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation, refunds are not given after check-in if the guest chooses to leave early. Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the full rate for the scheduled stay.
Cancellation policies apply if a reservation is modified within the cancellation period if the total number of room nights goes down, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee equal to a one (1) night stay. No shows will be charged an amount equivalent to a one (1) night stay, per reservation confirmed. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a charge equivalent to a one (1) night stay, per reservation confirmed. A cancellation confirmation will be sent for all cancellations. Cancellations must be made by 3:00pm 72 hours prior to arrival via email (preferred) at or by phone (775) 626-6000.
